SIP, SIP, HOORAY: ENJOYING AN EVENING OF COCKTAILS AT GREENWICH MILLENNIUM VILLAGE

| Events

Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) recently opened its doors to the marketing suite to host a fabulous evening, filled with expertly crafted cocktails, delicious food, laughter, and community spirit. The first of three summer sessions, the relaxed and stylish cocktail evening was a memorable occasion, as the neighbourhood came together to enjoy the perfect chance to socialise, and prospective buyers could explore the new apartments.

The evening was an opportunity for current residents to connect and build stronger community ties, alongside prospective buyers being able to experience the vibrant community spirit of GMV. What’s more, experts were on hand for support; the knowledgeable sales team were available to answer any questions, and there was access to free independent financial advice for anyone that needed to understand more about accessing mortgages.

Set beside the stunning Southern Park and the four-acre ecology park, homes at The Galleria, part of the Parkside Collection, are in an unparalleled location. Just a stone’s throw from the River Thames and the prestigious Greenwich Yacht Club, residents can enjoy a blend of natural beauty and leisure opportunities. Western Plaza, the brand-new phase launching at Greenwich Millenium Village, is also perfectly situated opposite Southern Park and close to the primary school and health centre. A range of stylish and sophisticated one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom maisonettes will soon be available. Customers were also able to learn more about how Countryside has partnered with Own New to help customers access lower mortgage payments over a fixed two or five-year period. With rates from as little as 3.14% available, your monthly mortgage payments could be lower than anticipated, making living more affordable for prospective residents. There is also a 5% deposit contribution offer available, which is designed to give buyers a helping hand.

Tracey Mayne, Sales and Marketing Director at GMV said: “The evening was a marvelous success, bringing together our current and prospective residents. It was amazing to see everyone enjoying themselves, building connections, and experiencing the dynamic lifestyle that is on offer at GMV. We look forward to our next two events, our Asian Fusion Food Evening on 1 August, and Sushi Evening on 22nd August, which are already proving to be of significant interest to those looking to purchase new home at GMV.”
